Expert at practical implementation of digitalisation in industrial processes in the AEC/FM industry. Over more than 30 years of experience in supporting and assist major companies, universities and organisations in effective use of the technology which is today encompassed by BIM; from architects, consultants and major facility managers to building contractors and manufacturers. I have been connecting people and competence in the perspectives of CAD, BIM, sustainability and Smart Cities for my entire career and led numerous projects.

 

My professional network in the AEC/FM industry is certainly among the most widespread, which will guarantee that any kind of project, research or technology implementation will be able to be manned by the most skilled personnel available in the market.

 

A few samples from my experience in the AEC/FM market:

Bonava – one of Europe’s leading housing production companies. I was technically responsible for the complete digitalisation of their entire BIM-related operations.

 

Myresjöhus – Swedish prefab timber frame construction and housing production company. I led their digitalisation process, which connected the entire workflow, from marketing, customer acquisition to robot based prefab production and on-site development.

 

Sweco - During 6 years I was internal advisor who connected the different, compartmentalized subdivisions in many projects, workshops and in research. I was also often included as an early stage advisor for sustainability analysis in several projects.

 

Region Skåne – local municipality in southern Sweden – I am right now working with them in support in their very ambitious digitalisation operations.

SISAB - school organisation of Stockholm - I am right now supporting their BIM strategies in a standardisation project.

 

Autodesk – world’s leading software company regarding CAD/BIM. I have been given several speeches in the Autodesk University event in Las Vegas over the years, in 2015 on main stage in front of 3000 people (Link: https://autode.sk/2NzTeRP). I have also supported them in localisation AEC products for the Nordic countries as well as writing education material.
